This toast gives a very gentle profile with a vanilla character. Respects the fruit and the distinctive character of the grape. Medium convection toasting generates large quantities of aromatic compounds. The dose to be used should be adapted depending on the desired result.
Mainly used during ageing, where the goal is to add olfactory softness (vanilla notes) and reduce the vegetable character. An excellent choice for reds associated with yeast-derived products in order to improve the fruity profile.
