Characteristics

STABICOLOR is a complex stabilisation product made up of Acacia Verek arabic gum and citric acid. As such, STABICOLOR protects red wines against physico chemical problems: iron, copper and protein casse and colouring matter deposits.

Application fields
  • Prevents any colloidal precipitations – proteic, iron and copper casses, coloring matter deposits – by the efficiency of a very pure arabic gum derived from acacia verek (E 414)
  • Improves the iron stabilization by a complexation with the citric acid (E 330). At the usual use rates, the efficiency of citric acid against iron casses is not good enough. With arabic gum, its efficiency improves as regards iron precipitations
