Características

LYSIS® UC es una preparación enzimática microgranulada, muy concentrada en pectinasas, obtenida a partir de Aspergillus niger. Está formulada para obtener un desfangado rápido.
LYSIS® UC es por naturaleza pobre en cinamoil esterasa, lo que evita la formación de fenoles volátiles.

Aplicaciones
  • Tratamiento de mostos blancos y rosados obtenidos con un prensado suave, como los de tipo champenois.
Dosis : 
0,3 a 2 g/hL en función del tiempo de contacto, la temperatura y el pH
Modo de empleo: 
50 g, 100 g y 1 kg
