Caractéristiques

Destinés au sulfitage des moûts et des vins, les granulés effervescents de métabisulfite de potassium, ÉQUATION 2G ou 5G apportent respectivement 2 ou 5 g de SO2  pur.

Applications

Les sachets EQUATION sont pré-dosés en SO2 et prêts à l’emploi. Un sachet-dose d’EQUATION 5G libère 5 g de SO2 et un sachet-dose d'EQUATION 2G libère 2 g de SO2. Il est préconisé pour la protection des moûts et des vins. Il peut être ajouté directement dans les bennes à vendange ou celles des machines à vendanger. Il s’utilise au cours du pressurage en blanc ou de la macération pelliculaire en rouge. Il est également conseillé pour protéger le vin lors du transport d’un chai à un autre.
