Characteristics

OENOQUERCUS® ECLAT FR is mainly used during ageing with significant effects on the structure and the taste sensations in general. Also interesting during the vinification of whites. Adapted to treat reds with vegetable notes.

Brings softness, volume and gentle notes. The nose is complex with a profile of fruit and spices. It also affects length and sweetness.
