Caractéristiques
Cette chauffe offre un profil très doux avec des caractères de vanille et de notes de fruits exotiques. Elle apporte du volume et de la douceur avec des notes fruitées. La chauffe moyenne par convection libère d'importantes quantités de composés aromatiques en particulier avec le chêne US qui confère structure, douceur et volume.

Applications
Elle est principalement utilisée pendant l'élevage et généralement associée avec du chêne français.
L'objectif principal est d'amener de la douceur olfactive (des notes de vanille) et d'améliorer le fruité. Excellente réponse pour les rouges en combinaison avec des dérivés de levures pour améliorer le profil fruité.
