Pour mener à son terme la fermentation alcoolique, les levures oenologiques ont besoin de nutriments et de différents facteurs de multiplication et de survie et ceci tout au long du
déroulement de la fermentation.
De par sa composition complexe et équilibrée, VIVACTIV® apporte tous les éléments nécessaires au développement et à l'activité des levures.
VIVACTIV® contient des levures inactivées qui apportent azote organique et facteurs de survie,du DAP, de la thiamine (facteur de multiplication essentiel) ainsi que de la cellulose
microcristalline facilitant le dégagement du gaz carbonique.
Tous ces éléments contribuent activement au déroulement d’une fermentation harmonieuse et complète.
VIVACTIV® est conseillé pour tous types de milieux, dès qu’ils sont carencés en éléments nutritifs et en acides aminés .VIVACTIV® permet ainsi d'obtenir des vins francs et nets.
Dose d'emploi : 
Départ en fermentation : 10 à 20 g/hL. Reprise de fermentation : 10 g/hL, à renouveler au deuxième doublement de volume.
