Caractéristiques

LYSIS® FILTRAB est une préparation enzymatique spécifique liquide pour la clarification et la filtration des moûts et des vins. Cette enzyme permet la régénération rapide des membranes de filtration sans risque d’altération.

Applications
  • En fin de fermentation alcoolique quelque soit la vinification : prépare le vin au collage, commence son élevage, participe à sa clarification statique et améliore sa filtrabilité
  • Sur vin fini pré-filtration de mise en bouteilles : améliore très nettement le filtrabilité, augmente les rendements de filtration, optimise la consommation de média filtrants (moins de terres de filtration, durée de vie des membranes augmentée)
  • Nettoyage des membranes d’ultrafiltration (protocole sur demande)
