Caractéristiques

VIVACTIV® PREMIER est un nutriment formulé à partir de thiamine et d'autolysats de levures riches en vitamines, acides aminées et facteurs de survie.

Il permet aux levures d'optimiser leur métabolisme (multiplication, croissance, protection contre les inhibiteurs) et d'assurer le déroulement de la fermentation alcoolique, sans déviation, même en conditions difficiles.

 

Applications
  • Application sur moûts blancs, rosés ou rouges
  • Ajout au levurage pour maîtriser la FA en conditions limitantes telles que : présence de toxines, contamination microbienne, degré alcoolique élevé, fermentation à basse température, carence nutritive, faible turbidité …
  • Ajout au levurage pour limiter les déviations organoleptiques (production d’acidité volatile, d’H2S …)
  • Préparation de pied de cuve
