Caractéristiques
La THIAMINE (VITAMINE B1) et l’AZOTE AMMONIACAL existent naturellement dans la vendange. Néanmoins, en cas de surmaturation et surtout d’attaque par la pourriture grise, leurs teneurs peuvent fortement diminuer et devenir insuffisantes. Les levures souffrent alors de carences nutritionnelles, les fermentations sont alors plus difficiles et plus lentes.
Avec NUTRIMENT P, l’apport simultané de THIAMINE et d’AZOTE AMMONIACAL, directement assimilables par les levures, facilite leur multiplication et leur maintien dans un état physiologique satisfaisant pendant la fermentation. 

NUTRIMENT P  contribue à une maîtrise plus aisée des fermentations et à la qualité finale du vin.
Pour une efficacité maximale, NUTRIMENT P  doit être apportée au début du développement des levures (au départ en fermentation, au levurage, sur levain de reprise de fermentation).
