Caractéristiques

PHYLIA® LF est une préparation d'écorces de levures riches en mannoprotéines et polysaccharides.

PHYLIA® LF permet de maîtriser les étapes de réduction et d'oxydation par lesquelles passe le vin au cours de son élevage. Le vin est ainsi préservé des dérives réductrices (à l'origine de mercaptans) ou oxydatives (pouvant conduire à de l'éthanol).

Au-delà d'un élevage naturel et protégé, PHYLIA® LF est un outil très qualitatif pour corriger les défauts organoleptiques de type réduction ou oxydation.

  • Fin de vinification ou début d’élevage des vins rouges, blancs, ou rosés
  • Accompagnement de l’élevage seul ou en complément des lies naturelles
  • Collage pour la correction de notes de réduction ou d’oxydation
