SELECTYS® L'AUTHENTIQUE est une levure naturelle sélectionnée en Bourgogne (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) dans le terroir exceptionnel de la Côte de Nuits.

Au-delà de son bon comportement fermentaire avec une tolérance de hauts degrés d'alcool (15 % Vol.), SELECTYS® L'AUTHENTIQUE est une levure remarquable de par ses propriétés organoleptiques qui concourent à l'élaboration de vins rouges de grande qualité.
SELECTYS® L'AUTHENTIQUE s'accompagne en effet d'une belle complexité aromatique et développe des tanins soyeux et enrobés.

SELECTYS® L'AUTHENTIQUE est recommandée pour l'élaboration de vins rouges d'expression, de terroir avec un potentiel de longévité.
