Caractéristiques
Fort de l’expérience acquise en collaboration avec différentes universités européennes (Université de Dijon en France et Université de Geisenheim en Allemagne) depuis la fin des années 2000 sur les extraits protéiques de levure, le service développement et application d’Oenofrance®  a mis au point une nouvelle solution pour le collage des moûts et des vins.
 
OENOVEGAN® EPL est une association synergique entre une protéine de pois et des extraits protéiques de levures permettant une optimisation du collage.
 
OENOVEGAN® EPL  permet à la fois une bonne clarification en flottation ou en collage statique, MAIS également une diminution des polyphénols oxydés (amers) et facilement oxydables tout en préservant les caractéristiques variétales du moût.
Applications
OENOVEGAN® EPL  s’utilise aussi en collage des vins.
Dose d'emploi : 
Débourbage statique et flottation : 5 à 10 g/hL. - Collage des vins : 5 à 30 g/hL.
