Thanks to experience acquired since the late 2000s (University of Dijon -Thesis at Gesenheim) on yeast protein extracts, Oenofrance®’s development and applications department has developed a new solution for fining musts and wines.  
 
OENOVEGAN® EPL is a synergistic combination of a pea protein and yeast protein extracts for optimal fining.
 
OENOVEGAN® EPL provides not only efficient clarification both in flotation and static fining BUT ALSO a reduction in oxidised (bitter) and easily oxidizable polyphenols, while preserving the varietal characteristics of the must.
Application fields
OENOVEGAN® EPL can also be used for fining wines.
Dose d'emploi : 
Static settling and flotation : 5 to 10 g/hL. - Fining of wines : 5 to 30 g/hL.
