LEVURE CLASSIC K has a killer factor that enables excellent implantation whatever the indigenous population present.
LEVURE CLASSIC K has very good resistance to alcohol, enabling it to carry out alcoholic fermentation even under difficult conditions.
It can be used under difficult conditions, such as spoiled harvests, etc.
Under conditions of maximum stress, it is recommended to add appropriate nutritional product one third of the way through alcoholic fermentation.
