Caractéristiques
Suite à la vague d’incendies qui touche la Californie depuis quelques années, OENOFRANCE® grâce à sa filiale américaine, s’est penché sur le problème organoleptique observé sur les vins généré par une exposition forte aux fumées d’incendies.
Après un travail sur les vins californiens, mené depuis les USA, le service recherche et applications d’OENOFRANCE® a élargi son banc d’essais à des vins européens, permettant le développement d’OENOVEGAN® EXTRA.

OENOVEGAN® EXTRA permet d’éliminer le masque généré par des molécules phénoliques comme celles des goûts de fumée (4- Methyl gaïacol…) ou des déviations microbiologiques (4-ethyl gaïacol, 4-éthyl-phénol, …).
Applications
Permet de retrouver le fruité et la fraîcheur des vins.
