OENOFRANCE® is eager to constantly participate in fundamental research by supporting theses and application work with institutions such as French and Italian universities, and French institutes. Our collaboration with several universities has been ongoing for years.

A certified company (COFRAQ, ISO22000)

The oenologists in our laboratories are experienced, specialised professionals who combine the skills of oenologists with those of chemists, analysts and expert tasters. Some of our laboratories are accredited by COFRAC (Comité Français d'Accréditation) and also take part in inter-laboratory controls.

Innovations

A pioneer 50 years ago, OENOFRANCE® offered the first active dry yeast specifically for the production of aromatic white wines. In 1981, we produced the first enzymatically hydrolysed gelatines, with proteins of controlled molecular weight. We contributed to the development of freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria, and were pioneers in the selection of enzymatic activities in oenology.

Our teams

Passionate about oenology, our teams are made up of approximately 80 oenologists with complementary and diversified backgrounds, capable of dealing with all aspects of oenology and of developing a specific approach for each vintage. As true partners, they support and accompany customers throughout the process involving the creation of a particular wine or champagne.
We build on the relationship of trust between our customer and the oenologist to provide tailor-made technical support.
They all share the same passion – a love for wine.
